Kevin Ross is an entrepreneur, advisor, investor, technologist, and a seasoned theory of constraints practitioner. He founded Metova, a technology services company in 2006, weathering an economic recession and making the Inc 500 in 2011. He sold Metova in 2012 and founded AlienFast in 2013.

Dave McAllister is an entrepreneur, operator, advisor, and a seasoned theory of constraints practitioner. Previously, he helped establish the foundation to grow Metova’s operations and culture. As president, he grew Metova’s revenue to 4x in just 6 years, exiting in 2018. Dave has experience on both sides of mergers and acquisitions and began his career as a technologist.

Blake McDaniel is a technologist and theory of constraints practitioner. He began his career as a mobile application developer at Metova and left as a Senior developer in 2013 to join AlienFast. Since then, he has focused on full stack technology and development operations with an emphasis on continuous delivery for SaaS products.

Alicia Waters Binkley is a designer with an entrepreneurial curiosity. She established CreativeMornings in Nashville in 2014, and founded MID Goods in 2008 with husband Drew to make beautiful products. She has extensive UI/UX mobile, web and branding experience.

Jen Porter previously worked as Director of Finance for Metova management team and helped grow the company from 7 to 30+ people. She exited Metova in 2012 and founded AlienFast in 2013.
